Most operational problems don't need more software. They need someone to diagnose what's actually broken, then build the system that fixes it. I do both.
Selected Work
A research firm's team was cross-referencing subscriber data across 10+ newsletters by hand, toggling between spreadsheets. Built an internal lookup app: paste an email, see identity, engagement history, and enriched company data in one search. Manual cross-referencing dropped to zero.
Someone on the team was manually checking ~246 institutional websites for new RFP solicitations, one by one. Built an automated scanner using AI research APIs and Google Sheets. The manual checking stopped entirely.
A newsletter operation producing executive intelligence across insurance and SaaS was bottlenecked at every stage of production. Built an AI-augmented pipeline: automated topic generation, structured research, section-by-section drafting with enforced voice rules, and a fact-checking layer that triages claims by risk. Production time compressed significantly.
Research PDFs were being manually converted, sorted, and filed across five content verticals, costing hours every week. Built a Google Apps Script system that handles OCR conversion and organization automatically. The bottleneck is gone.
About
I'm Ibrahim. 28, based in Islamabad, working remotely. I help businesses figure out where they're losing time to manual work, then I build the systems that eliminate it. If something should be running on its own and it isn't, that's where I start.
My process is AI-augmented and tool-agnostic. The problem dictates the tool, not the other way around: no-code platforms, Apps Script, custom web apps, API integrations, AI models, or straight-up process redesign. Each project generates reusable patterns that make the next one faster.
